Proof of identity which corresponds to your e-ticket number will be required on the night.

Terms of Sale

 Definitions
The “COMPANY” refers to Higher Rhythm Ltd.
The “BUYER” refers to the purchaser of goods and services.

Summary
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.

Eligibility to Purchase Product
All products on the website are available for worldwide sale.

To place an order
This service only applies to Internet orders and is limited to the products on the website.

Acceptance of your order
Orders are accepted at the Company's discretion but are normally accepted if the product is available. If the order reflects current pricing, you are based in a country to which we are able to sell and your credit or account card is authorized for the transaction. The price quoted to you at the time we confirm your order will remain valid for 14 days from that time. If the price changes in between that period and the delivery date, we will confirm the new price with you by e-mail before continuing.

Payment
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

Prices
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any overseas orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates.

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, and goods are sold under English Law. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, this will be added at the rates specified in the delivery section below. You will receive confirmation of your order via email.

Product Enquiries
We make every effort to offer only merchandise that is available and in stock. If stock is not available, it will not be offered and you will not be able to order. Occasionally, when items are very popular and additional inventory is available, we may accept back orders knowing that additional inventory will soon arrive.

Returns
Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria:

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. You will automatically be notified if this occurs, if you provide us with a valid e-mail address or phone number above. If an event is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order, with stubs attached, to:

Returned tickets must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event in order for a refund to be issued. Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued automatically.

E-tickets will be available for redmention only at the venue box office or point of entry after the door opening time unless otherwise noted.

If you are unable to pick up an order because you are not the credit card holder or do not have ID which confirms and corresponds to the E-Ticket in your possession at the time and place of pickup, tickets cannot be released and we cannot process a refund for this purchase.

Purchaser acknowledges that the name entered on this order form will be released to the event promoter to facilitate order pickup at the venue.

Postage costs are non-refundable; however, although we never knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately by us in error, postage costs will be reimbursed.

We will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process. Higher Rhythm accepts no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommends all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10 -14 days from receipt of your return. We will only refund the original credit card charged (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately). Once we receive, process and accept your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be process according to the criteria stated above.

Delivery
All items are shipped via registered post to all UK and European destinations; please note that upon delivery a signature will be required. The postal service operates from Monday to Friday between 8 am – 6pm, a specific time for delivery cannot be stipulated. Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made within the UK and 14 working days for any orders made throughout the rest of Europe, please not these are working days and do not include weekend or UK public holidays.

Please note that with regard to international shipments, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Please remember to state the delivery address, country and area code.

We always use premier, guaranteed and traceable postage methods in order to provide the best service possible. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays outside of our control as a result of interruptions to these services.

Please note that at this current time we are unable to ship to the USA.

Ownership
You will only own the product once it has been successfully delivered and when we have received payment in full. Until that time, the company will own the product.

Import Duties
You are responsible for all the appropriate Import and Customs Duties.

Liability
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Company's negligence, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage (such term to include without limitation economic loss, administrative and overhead costs, loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business, contracts, revenues, goodwill, production and anticipated savings of every description, loss). In the case of events held at venues, all claims and complaints relating to any aspect of the event should be directed to the relevant venue and Higher Rhythm will not accept responsibility for any matter relating to this. The company shall not be liable to you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the product if the delay or failure was due to any caused beyond our reasonable control.The company's liability to you in all other instance shall not exceed the value of the product ordered by you.
